Level Up is a private gym based in Basingstoke, designed for people who want to train smarter, not just harder.
Home to a team of qualified personal trainers, the gym offers a friendly, supportive space where everyone, from beginners to experienced lifters, can build strength, improve fitness, and gain confidence.

Our Founder
Level Up was founded by Joe Bastin in December 2024. A former competitive powerlifter, Joe holds a BSc in Strength & Conditioning and a Master’s Degree in Research.
Joe’s vision for Level Up was to create a gym built on trust, education, and community, a place where people enjoy training, feel supported, and stay consistent because they genuinely look forward to coming in.
He leads by example, ensuring the gym offers a safe, inclusive environment for all abilities.
